A six-person precision machine design project taken from analytical modeling and detailed CAD through machining, integration, alignment, and measured cutting performance.

It's A Feature! Yo-Yos
A production-focused project culminating in more than 50 finished yo-yos. I owned the main body from concept through CAD, CAM, mold machining, injection molding, and iteration.

Scribbly Embroidery Accessory
A compact XY gantry developed for an embroidery accessory that draws washable guide patterns directly onto fabric. I worked on the mechanical design, CAD, assembly, alignment, and testing of the gantry system.

Compliant Mechanisms
Five rapid design-build-test projects exploring exact constraint, flexure kinematics, pseudo-rigid-body models, stiffness matrices, and bistable elastic energy storage.

3D-Printed Floor Design
Lightweight floor structures developed for an additively manufactured home through rapid CAD iteration, Fusion 360 FEA, 3D printing, and physical bending tests.

Three-Stage High-Powered Rocket
A three-stage rocket taken through mechanical redesign, composite manufacturing development, staging tests, full-scale integration, and flight to approximately 15 km altitude.
